Description: This is the bike tour route for the 2006 Salt Lake City Marathon. It starts at the University and heads south to Midvale, a bit east and then north to the Gateway.
Comments: They close down the streets each year for the route of the Salt Lake Marathon. The cyclists get to head out at 6:00am. It's the only time of the year we get to ride through the city with all the roads closed off. What fun! The start is a bit tricky - 1250 riders heading out in less than 5 minutes.
