Description: Sandy City's Sego Lilly bike path starts at South Jordan Gateway (500 West). It then proceeds east and uphill all the way up to Wasatch. There is a bike lane or good should almost the whole way.

Comments: I ride Sego often and really like it. The section re-paved in 2005 was chip-sealed, but isn't as bad as some. Most sections are pretty good. This ride features mostly short climbs with brief flats in between. It makes for a good training ride. Once you get to Wasatch you can go north or south to stay in the valley. You can also keep going east up Little Cottonwood Canyon.

There's not a lot of designated bike routes, but this is a nice one. The shoulder's great and it's typical west to east climbing. This route can be combined with lots of others for a great ride.

Great training ground and good road. Little to no downhill until you turn around. I like the "stairstepping" of the road and the variety of riding options once you get to the top.
